Percy Ballah | Community Organizing Manager
Kpehe Percy Ballah is a dedicated community organizer, husband, father, and Pastor. Originally from Liberia, Percy survived three brutal civil wars before finding refuge in America to reunite with his mother. Even though he was impacted by trauma from the war, his faith in Jesus and dedication to wholistic transformation changed the trajectory of his life.
As a community leader, Percy focuses on engaging residents, local organizations, and advocacy efforts to address the pressing needs of urban neighborhoods. He is passionate about ensuring high-quality educational opportunities for underserved communities and empowering parents to advocate for their children's futures.
Percy is currently pursuing a Master’s in Theological Studies at the CUME location of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He actively participates on various boards and committees focused on community development and healthcare working tirelessly to promote the holistic development of Providence and the state through leadership and advocacy.
